Kiana Tom is a television host and fitness expert who co-starred in Universal Soldier: The Return (1999). She gained prominence as the creator and host of Kiana's Flex Appeal, a fitness series on ESPN that aired from 1995 to 2001. Tom has authored Kiana's Body Sculpting and received the United States Sports Academy Award. In addition to her fitness career, she has made guest appearances on shows such as the Drew Carey Show and Family Law, and featured in Eminem's Grammy-winning music video 'Without Me'. Tom also worked as a news anchor for Turner Broadcasting and hosted various extreme sports shows. She was a cheerleader for the Oakland Raiders before transitioning to her successful television career.
