Kevin Lima is an American film director who made his debut with A Goofy Movie in 1995. He has directed several Disney films, including Tarzan, 102 Dalmatians, and Enchanted (2007). Before stepping into directing, Lima worked as an animator and character designer on notable projects such as The Little Mermaid and The Great Mouse Detective, and served as a story editor for Aladdin and Oliver & Company. He studied film and animation at the California Institute of the Arts in the mid-1980s. Lima is married to Brenda Chapman, a director at Pixar.
