Kevin Chapman is an American actor who played Val Savage in Mystic River (2003). He was discovered by director Ted Demme and made his film debut in Monument Ave. (1998). Chapman's notable roles include Fire Lt. Frank McKinney in Ladder 49 (2004), Terrence in FX's Rescue Me, and an Italian mobster in Boondock Saints (1999). He also starred as Irish Mob boss Freddie Cork in the Showtime series Brotherhood. Other films featuring Chapman include The Cider House Rules, 21 Grams, and Unstoppable (2010). He portrayed CIA operative O'Leary in the comedy Black Dynamite.
