Kevin Bacon is an American actor who made his feature film debut in National Lampoon's Animal House (1978). He gained widespread recognition for his role in Footloose (1984) and has since appeared in notable films, including A Few Good Men (1992), Mystic River (2003), and Crazy, Stupid, Love (2011). Bacon has also starred in television series such as The Following (2013-2015) and City on a Hill (2019-2022). He received a Golden Globe Award and was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2003. Bacon directed Losing Chase (1996) and Loverboy (2005).
