Kenneth Welsh is a Canadian actor who portrayed Windom Earle in the series Twin Peaks. He received a Genie Award nomination for Best Actor for his role as Reno Colt in Reno and the Doc (1984). Welsh's film credits include The Day After Tomorrow (2004), where he played the Vice-President of the United States, and The Exorcism of Emily Rose (2005). He also appeared in Legends of the Fall (1994), Four Brothers (2005), Timecop (1994), and The Covenant (2006). In addition to his acting career, he directed a play in 1997 and was made a Member of the Order of Canada in 2003.
