Kenji Utsumi was a Japanese actor and voice actor who provided the voice for Raoh in Fist of the North Star. He was affiliated with his own company, Ken Production, and gained recognition for his work in various anime series, including Sally the Witch (1966) as Sally's Papa, Dr. Slump Arale-chan as Senbei Norimaki, and multiple roles in the Dragon Ball series, such as Shenlong and Commander Red. Utsumi also voiced Alex Louis Armstrong in Fullmetal Alchemist and Coach Kamogawa in Hajime no Ippo. In addition to his voice acting, he dubbed for notable actors like Steve McQueen and Jack Nicholson in Japanese films. He received a lifetime achievement award at the third Seiyu Awards.
