Keke Palmer is an American actress who gained prominence for her role as Akeelah Anderson in Akeelah and the Bee (2006). She made her film debut as a child in Barbershop 2: Back in Business and The Wool Cap, both released in 2004. Palmer's career includes notable performances in Madea's Family Reunion (2006), Jump In! (2007), and Hustlers (2019). She starred in the Fox series Scream Queens (2015–2016) and has hosted several shows, including Just Keke (2014) and Password since 2022. Palmer received two Primetime Emmy Awards and was named one of Time magazine's most influential people in 2019. She appears in Nope (2022) and will feature in One of Them Days (2025).
