Keith Walker was an American writer, producer, and actor who had a notable role as Irving Walsh in The Goonies (1985). He co-wrote the screenplay for Free Willy and worked on various television series such as The Fall Guy, Emergency!, Quincy, M.E., and M*A*S*H. Additionally, Walker wrote 26 episodes for the radio show The Zero Hour during its second season and appeared in shows like Mannix, The Rookies, and Mission: Impossible. He was married to actress Peggy Walton-Walker. The third film in the Free Willy series, Free Willy 3: The Rescue, was dedicated to his memory.
