Keith Urban is a New Zealand-born Australian country music singer, songwriter, and guitarist who gained prominence with his self-titled debut album in 1991. He transitioned to the United States in 1992, where he initially worked as a session guitarist and later formed the band The Ranch. Urban achieved significant success with his solo career, marked by hits like "Somebody Like You" from his second album, Golden Road (2002), which also earned him his first Grammy Award. His third album, Be Here (2004), became his highest-selling work, achieving 4× Multi-Platinum status. Urban has released nine studio albums and charted over fifteen singles on the U.S. country charts, including ten that reached number one. He lent his voice to the animated film Back to the Outback (2021).
