Keegan Connor Tracy is a Canadian actress who portrayed Audrey Malone in the Showtime series Beggars and Choosers (1999–2000). She gained recognition for her role as the Blue Fairy in the ABC series Once Upon a Time (2011–18) and as Miss Blair Watson in Bates Motel (2013–16). Tracy's film credits include Kat Jennings in Final Destination 2 (2003), Ellen in Words and Pictures (2013), and Queen Belle in the Descendants series (2015-2019). Additionally, she appeared in Embrace of the Vampire (2013) and Bodycam (2026).
