Keegan Allen is an American actor who played Toby Cavanaugh in the ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars. He began his acting career at thirteen with a non-speaking role in a documentary for Animal Planet and appeared in the short film Small Emergencies in 2002. After a hiatus, he gained prominence in 2010 with roles in Nickelodeon’s Big Time Rush and the short film As A Last Resort. His performance in Pretty Little Liars marked a significant breakthrough, and he also appeared in CBS’s CSI: Crime Scene Investigation in 2011. In 2020, Allen starred in Follow Me. He won the Teen Choice Award for Choice Summer TV Star: Male in 2013.
