Ke Huy Quan is an American actor who gained fame as a child for his role as Short Round in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984). He also portrayed Data in The Goonies (1985). After a lengthy hiatus from acting, during which he worked as a stunt choreographer and assistant director, Quan made a notable return in the family adventure film Finding ʻOhana (2021). His performance in Everything Everywhere All at Once (2022) earned him an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, making him the first Vietnam-born actor to receive this honor. He has appeared in Zootopia 2 (2025) and is recognized as one of Time magazine's 100 most influential people in the world in 2023.
