Kazuyuki Okitsu is a Japanese voice actor and narrator who made his debut in the industry after graduating from the Osaka University of Arts. He was initially represented by the REM talent agency before joining Kekke Corporation in May 2007. Okitsu has lent his voice to various projects, including the anime series Prison School (2015). He also gained early experience as the moderator for the opening ceremony of the 79th Japanese High School Baseball Championship while in his third year of high school.
