Kate Phillips is a British actress who gained prominence for her portrayal of Jane Seymour in the miniseries Wolf Hall (2015). She has appeared in several notable productions, including War & Peace (2016), the first season of The Crown (2016), and the last three seasons of Peaky Blinders (2016–2022). In 2019, she played Princess Mary in Downton Abbey and has since starred as Eliza Scarlet in the Victorian crime drama Miss Scarlet and The Duke. Phillips also featured in The Aftermath (2019).
