Kate Cook is a British actor who performed in the cult horror film Conjuring 2: The Enfield Poltergeist. She trained at Arts Ed and later pursued an MA in Text and Performance at Kings College/RADA, which ignited her passion for writing and stand-up comedy. Cook has appeared in several notable television productions, including Years and Years, Call the Midwife, and Eastenders. She is featured in Seasons 5 and 6 of the Netflix series The Crown, portraying Susie Orbach, Princess Diana's therapist. Her work also includes a one-woman show, Invisible Woman, which she presented at the Edinburgh Festival and other venues.
