Karolina Gruszka is a Polish actress who was nominated for Best Actress at the 2007 Polish Film Awards for her performance in Kochankowie z Marony. Since her debut in 1996, she has participated in over 30 films and television series, including the Icelandic film Gullregn (2019), where she performed her lines in Icelandic despite not knowing the language beforehand. Gruszka also appears in Too Old for Fairy Tales 2 (2024).
