Karl Urban is a New Zealand actor who made his Hollywood debut in the horror film Ghost Ship (2002). He gained significant recognition for his role as Éomer in The Lord of the Rings trilogy and has portrayed characters in various notable films, including Vaako in the Riddick series and Judge Dredd in Dredd (2012). Urban has performed as Leonard McCoy in the Star Trek reboot series and as Billy Butcher in the Amazon series The Boys (2019).
