Kara Tointon is an English actress who made her film debut in The Football Factory (2004). She began her acting journey at the age of seven, participating in speech and drama lessons, and later entered local musical festivals. Tointon's early stage experience includes playing Birgita in The Sound of Music. She has also appeared as an extra in the television series Eastenders.
