Kappei Yamaguchi is a Japanese voice actor who voiced L in Death Note (2006). He is affiliated with Gokū and 21st Century Fox. Yamaguchi voiced Ranma Saotome in Ranma ½ and InuYasha in InuYasha. He has also lent his voice to Usopp in the One Piece franchise, appearing in One Piece Film: Z (2012) and One Piece Film: GOLD (2016). His work extends to video games and eroge, where he voiced Kyōya Ushihisa. Yamaguchi played Raimon in the series.
