Kang So-ra is a South Korean actress who made her debut in the thriller 4th Period Mystery (2009). She gained prominence with her role in the 2011 film Sunny, which centers on a group of high school girls in the 1980s. Following this success, Kang starred in popular television dramas, including Dream High 2 (2012) and Ugly Alert (2013). Her recognition grew further with leading roles in the hit series Doctor Stranger (2014) and Misaeng: Incomplete Life (2014), the latter being described as a cultural phenomenon in South Korea. Kang also appeared in the films Uhm Bok-dong (2019) and Secret Zoo (2020), where she portrayed a veterinarian. She features in Endless Rain (2021).
