Kali Rocha is an American actress who portrayed Karen Rooney in the Disney Channel sitcom Liv and Maddie. She has appeared in various television series, including Mary Burns on Man with a Plan and Dr. Sydney Heron on Grey's Anatomy during its seventh and eighth seasons. Rocha also lent her voice to the 911 operator in the film Buried alongside Ryan Reynolds, and played the flight attendant in Meet the Parents and its sequel, Meet the Fockers. Additionally, she was involved in writing four episodes of Liv and Maddie. Rocha is married to sound mixer/editor Michael Krikorian and they have two children.
