Kaitlin Olson is an American actress who played Deandra "Sweet Dee" Reynolds in the FX comedy series It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2005–present). She began her career at The Sunday Company in the Groundlings, an improvisational theater in Los Angeles. Olson starred in the Fox comedy series The Mick (2017–2018) and received a Primetime Emmy nomination for her role as Cricket Melfi in the Quibi series Flipped (2020). Her film credits include Leap Year (2010), The Heat (2013), and Finding Dory (2016). She has been married to actor Rob McElhenney since 2008, her co-star in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia.
