KaDee Strickland is an American actress who gained recognition for her role as Debbie Strickland in the Freeform series Cruel Summer. She began her acting career in high school and later trained in Philadelphia and New York City, landing various small roles, including in The Sixth Sense (1999). Strickland's notable performances include Christy Crawford in ABC's Secrets & Lies, Charlotte King in Private Practice, and Susan Williams in The Grudge (2004). She also appeared in Anacondas: The Hunt for the Blood Orchid (2004) and Grand Isle (2019). Strickland received positive reviews for her role in the romantic comedy Fever Pitch (2005). She met her husband, Jason Behr, on the set of The Grudge and they married in 2006.
