Jussi Vatanen is a Finnish actor who gained prominence through his role in the sketch comedy series Putous during its second season in 2011. He graduated from Theatre Academy Helsinki in 2005 and has performed at various Finnish theatres. Vatanen has appeared in notable films such as Lapland Odyssey (2010), The Unknown Soldier (2017), and Fallen Leaves (2023), receiving Jussi Award nominations for his performances in both Lapland Odyssey and Fallen Leaves. He also starred in Dark Corners (2021). Vatanen is married to singer Marika Tuhkala and they have a daughter.
