Juliette Lewis is an American actress who gained international recognition for her role as Danielle Bowden in Cape Fear (1991). She began her career in television at the age of 14, and her first major film appearance was in National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989). Lewis received an Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Cape Fear, and she also earned a Golden Globe nomination in the same category. Other notable films include Natural Born Killers (1994), for which she won the Pasinetti Award for Best Actress, and From Dusk Till Dawn (1996). In addition to her film work, Lewis has appeared in several television series, including Yellowjackets (2021).
