Julie Barclay is a British actress who appeared in 'Martyrs Lane' (2022). She began her career in stand-up comedy while obtaining her Equity Card, later joining the Sherman Theatre Company for several productions. Barclay toured with Hull Truck Theatre Company in the award-winning play 'Salt The Earth' (1988), which represented Britain at the International Theatre Festival in New York. She has also worked extensively in radio, voicing animated films, and performing in various theatre productions. In 2014, she starred in the award-winning play 'Maudie's Rooms', and after overcoming breast cancer, she returned to acting with renewed vigor.
