Judith Roberts is an American actress who made her film debut in Eraserhead (1977). She gained significant recognition for her portrayal of Mary Shaw in the horror film Dead Silence (2007), directed by James Wan, with whom she collaborated again in Death Sentence (2007), playing Judge Shaw. Roberts appeared in various television series, including Law & Order and its spin-off Law & Order: Criminal Intent. In 2014, she took on a recurring role as Taslitz in the Netflix series Orange Is the New Black, earning a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series. Her filmography includes You Were Never Really Here (2017).
