Jude Hill is a Northern Irish actor who made his feature film debut in Belfast (2021). He portrayed Buddy, a character based on Kenneth Branagh's childhood, and received the Critics' Choice Award for Best Young Actor for this role. Hill was selected as the lead from a pool of 300 young actors. He also starred in the short film Rian, set during World War II, which premiered at CineMagic 2021. In addition, Hill collaborated with Branagh again in the film A Haunting in Venice (2023).
