Jude Ciccolella is an American character actor who played Mike Novick in the television series 24 (2001-2003). He graduated from Brown University and earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in theatre from Temple University. Ciccolella's film credits include roles in The Shawshank Redemption (1994) as Mert, The Terminal (2004) as Karl Iverson, and World Trade Center (2006). He also appeared in notable projects such as Gloria (1999) and the film adaptation of Sin City (2005). In addition to his film work, he has guest-starred in various television series, including Law & Order and NYPD Blue. Ciccolella portrayed a fictional Secretary of the Navy in NCIS during its sixth season.
