J.R. Ramirez is a Cuban-American actor who portrayed Detective Jared Vasquez in the NBC/Netflix series Manifest. He was previously a series regular as Julio in the Starz series Power and as Oscar Arocho in the Netflix/Marvel series Jessica Jones. Additionally, Ramirez had a recurring role as Ted Grant/Wildcat in the third season of Arrow.
