Josh Radnor is an American actor, filmmaker, author, and musician who made his writing and directorial debut with the film Happythankyoumoreplease in 2010. He gained widespread recognition for his role as Ted Mosby in the Emmy Award-winning sitcom How I Met Your Mother, which aired from 2005 to 2014. Radnor also starred in the Broadway play Disgraced, which was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Play in 2014. His other notable works include the PBS series Mercy Street and the musical series Rise. In the series Hunters, he portrayed the character Lonny Flash. Radnor won the Sundance Film Festival Audience Award for his debut film.
