Josh Pais is an American actor who portrayed Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990), where he contributed both as a performer in costume and as the voice. His film credits include Music of the Heart (1999), Scream 3 (2000), and Find Me Guilty (2006). In addition to his film work, he appeared as Assistant M.E. Borak in 15 episodes of the television series Law & Order from 1990 to 2002. He also played a Spanish teacher in Assassination of a High School President (2008). Pais has collaborated with various filmmakers, with roles in Joker (2019) and The Friend (2025).
