Josh Hutcherson is an American actor who gained prominence for his role as Peeta Mellark in the blockbuster film series The Hunger Games, which spanned from 2012 to 2015. He began his career in the early 2000s, appearing in commercials and minor roles before landing significant parts in films like Bridge to Terabithia (2007) and Journey to the Center of the Earth (2008). Hutcherson also starred in the animated film Epic (2013) and the television series Future Man (2017–2020). In addition to acting, he has worked as an executive producer on several projects, including Detention (2011) and The Forger (2012). His recent work includes a leading role in the horror film Five Nights at Freddy's (2023).
