Josh Hartnett is an American actor who made his feature film debut in Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (1998). He gained prominence for his portrayal of Cpt Danny Walker in Pearl Harbor (2001) and has collaborated with notable directors including Ridley Scott and Michael Bay. Hartnett's filmography includes significant roles in Black Hawk Down (2001), 30 Days of Night (2007), and the television series Penny Dreadful (2014).
