Jorge García is an American actor who portrayed Hugo "Hurley" Reyes in the television series Lost (2004). He played Hector Lopez on Becker before his performance in Lost. García has also appeared in films such as The Wedding Ringer (2015) and played Dr. Diego Soto in the series Alcatraz. Additionally, he has performed as a stand-up comedian and was featured on the cover of Weezer's album Hurley, named after his Lost character. García's casting in Lost was due to the producers' decision to create the character specifically for him after seeing his work on Curb Your Enthusiasm.
