Jonni Pepper-GoLions is a filmmaker from California who created the animated miniseries Secrets and Lies in a Town of Sinners (2020). Over her career, she has produced over six hours of hand-drawn animation, including multiple animated features. She earned her BFA from California Institute of the Arts, where she completed Wasteland, an anthology culminating in the notable film The Final Exit of the Disciples of Ascensia. In 2022, she finished the full-length feature Barber Westchester, part of The Blindfold series. Her work was recognized at the Ottawa International Animation Festival, where she was included in the jury and had Barber Westchester programmed. Jonni Peppers directed mask dog (2024).
