John Stamos is an American actor and musician who gained fame for his role as Blackie Parrish in the soap opera General Hospital. He portrayed Jesse Katsopolis on the ABC sitcom Full House, which aired until 1995. Stamos starred as Dr. Tony Gates in the NBC medical drama ER from 2005 to 2009. His film credits include Never Too Young to Die (1986) and Born to Ride (1991). He played Dr. Nicky in the Lifetime/Netflix psychological thriller You. Stamos executive produced and reprised his role in the Netflix series Fuller House, continuing his legacy from the original show.
