John Moore is an Australian actor who played a lead role in the film The Life of Harry Dare. He has received multiple nominations for the AFI Awards, including Best Actor in a Leading Role for both Blackfellas (1993) and The Life of Harry Dare (1995), as well as Best Actor in a Supporting Role for Deadly (1991). His other notable works include Pitch Black (2000), Home and Away, and the original stage production of Bran Nue Dae. Moore was also nominated for the AFI Award for Open Craft Award in a Non-feature Film for his performance in the short film Cold Turkey (2013).
