John Jarratt is an Australian actor who made his screen debut in The Great Macarthy. He graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art in 1973 and gained recognition for his role as Mick Taylor in the horror film Wolf Creek (2005). Jarratt appeared in Picnic at Hanging Rock (1975) and had a significant role in The Odd Angry Shot (1980). He starred in the mini-series The Last Outlaw (1979) and joined the cast of McLeod’s Daughters (2001-2006). His film credits include Rogue (2007) and Australia (2008). Jarratt also directed and starred in the thriller StalkHer, which was filmed in 2014.
