John Carroll Lynch is an American actor who portrayed Drew Carey's cross-dressing brother on The Drew Carey Show. He gained recognition for his performance as Norm, the husband of Margie Gunderson in Fargo (1996). Lynch's film credits include significant roles in Gothika (2003), Face/Off (1997), and The Founder (2016). He also appeared in the comedy Crazy, Stupid, Love. (2011) and the sci-fi film Paul (2011). In addition to his film work, Lynch had a recurring role in the HBO series Carnivàle and starred in the CBS show The Brotherhood of Poland, New Hampshire. He played a district attorney in Close to Home and portrayed NASA official Bob Gilruth in From the Earth to the Moon.
