John Belushi was a comedian and actor who gained prominence as one of the original cast members of the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live. He starred in notable films such as National Lampoon's Animal House (1978) and The Blues Brothers (1980). Belushi also appeared in 1941 (1979). He was the elder brother of actor Jim Belushi.
