Joe Locke is an Emmy Award-winning Manx actor who portrayed Charlie Spring in the Netflix series Heartstopper. He received two nominations for Outstanding Lead Performance at the Emmys, winning the award in 2026. Locke also stars in the film Heartstopper Forever, where he serves as an executive producer. His role as Billy Maximoff/Wiccan in Marvel Studios’ miniseries Agatha All Along earned him a nomination for Best Breakthrough Performance at the Film Independent Spirit Awards in 2025. On stage, he debuted on Broadway in Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street in 2024 and later made his West End debut in Clarkston in 2025. Locke won an Emmy for his performance in Heartstopper Forever.
