Jody Thompson is a Canadian actress and optioned screenwriter who was a semifinalist for the Academy Nicholl Fellowship in 2018. She has portrayed recurring roles in several television series, including The 4400, Blade: The Series, Terminal City, Flash Gordon, and Cold Squad. Thompson has also made guest appearances in shows such as Fringe, Smallville, and the Stargate franchises. In film, she appeared in Barricade (2012). Thompson won the PAGE Award in 2017 for her work in screenwriting.
