Joaquín Garrido is a Mexican actor who debuted in the film "Chido One" (1985). He studied acting in Mexico and received scholarships for training at the Berliner Ensemble in Germany and the British Theatre Institute in London. Garrido has appeared in numerous Mexican soap operas and has worked in episodic television in the United States. His film credits include "Bittersüße Schokolade" (1992), for which he received a nomination for a Mexican Academy Award, and "Demon Slayer" (2002), his first film shot entirely in the U.S. He also acted in "Solo" (1996).
