Joaquín Cosío is a Mexican actor who made his film debut in The Blue Room (2001). He has performed in over 50 plays and more than 600 live performances, gaining recognition in the theater world before transitioning to film. Notable works include his roles in Quantum of Solace (2008), Savages (2012), Rambo: Last Blood (2019), and The Suicide Squad (2021). Cosío also played a multi-episode character in the HBO series Eastbound & Down. He wrote a stage play that won the National Literature Prize. He is regarded as one of Mexico's most respected actors.
