Dame Joanna Lumley is a British actress who won two BAFTA TV Awards for her portrayal of Patsy Stone in the sitcom Absolutely Fabulous (1992–2012). Her extensive television career includes notable roles in The New Avengers (1976–1977), Sapphire & Steel (1979–1982), and Finding Alice (2021–present). In film, she appeared in On Her Majesty's Secret Service (1969), The Wolf of Wall Street (2013), and Me Before You (2016). Lumley received the BAFTA Fellowship award in 2017. She has been involved with Survival International and the Gurkha Justice Campaign.
