Jim Meskimen is an American comedian and actor who gained prominence through his performances on the improvisational series Whose Line Is It Anyway? He has lent his voice to various characters, including President George W. Bush in Jib Jab animated shorts and Thom Cat in Random! Cartoons. Meskimen has appeared in films such as Stakeout (2019) and War of the Worlds (2025). He is the son of actors Marion Ross and Freeman Meskimen.
