Jill Ritchie is an American former actress who appeared in the film D.E.B.S. (2004). She had a supporting role in Breakin' All the Rules and guest-starred as Jessie, the Bluth family publicist, in Arrested Development. Ritchie co-starred in the VH1 series I Hate My 30's and played Charisma in Herbie: Fully Loaded (2005). She is also the younger sister of rapper Kid Rock.
