Jet Li is a Chinese martial artist and actor who made his film debut in Shaolin Temple (1982). He gained fame in China for his roles in martial arts films, particularly the Once Upon A Time In China series, where he portrayed the legendary Wong Fei-hung. Li transitioned to Hollywood, appearing as a villain in Lethal Weapon 4 (1998) and later taking on leading roles in films such as Romeo Must Die (2000) and The Forbidden Kingdom (2008). He featured in The Expendables (2010) and its sequel, The Expendables 2 (2012). Jet Li has also produced films and is a celebrated wushu champion.
