Jessica Lange is the 13th actress to achieve the Triple Crown of Acting, having won two Academy Awards, three Primetime Emmy Awards, and a Tony Award. She made her film debut in the 1976 remake of King Kong and gained recognition for her role in Tootsie (1982), which earned her an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Lange starred in notable films such as All That Jazz (1979), Blue Sky (1994), and appeared in Cape Fear (1991) and Hush (1998). Her performance in the HBO miniseries Grey Gardens (2009) won her a Primetime Emmy Award, and she received multiple accolades for her work in American Horror Story (2011–2015, 2018).
